Clask is an SMS-based assistant that helps you manage your calendar and tasks. Our service integrates with Google Calendar and Google Tasks to provide you with reminders, notifications, and the ability to manage your schedule via text message.

Message frequency varies based on your calendar activity and how you interact with Clask. You control when you receive messages based on the events and tasks you create.
Message and data rates may apply. Clask does not charge for the SMS service, but your mobile carrier may charge standard messaging rates. Check with your carrier for details about your plan.

Clask is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clask shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, missed appointments, or other intangible losses.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of Clask after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may also terminate your account at any time by texting STOP or contacting us.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
