Clask is an SMS-based assistant that helps you manage your calendar and tasks. Our service integrates with Google Calendar and Google Tasks to provide you with reminders, notifications, and the ability to manage your schedule via text message.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Clask. By using our service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. Account Registration

To use Clask, you must:

• Provide a valid mobile phone number
• Verify your phone number via SMS
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your account information up to date

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. SMS Messaging Terms

4.1 Message Types

By opting into Clask's SMS service, you may receive the following types of messages:

• Calendar reminders for upcoming events
• Task notifications and due date reminders
• Account alerts such as verification codes and service updates
• Responses to your requests when you text Clask

4.2 Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your calendar activity and how you interact with Clask. You control when you receive messages based on the events and tasks you create.

4.3 Costs

Message and data rates may apply. Clask does not charge for the SMS service, but your mobile carrier may charge standard messaging rates. Check with your carrier for details about your plan.

4.4 Opting Out

You can stop receiving SMS messages at any time by:

• Contacting us at support@clask.app

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. Note that opting out of SMS will effectively end your use of the Clask service, as SMS is the primary communication channel.

5. Google Integration

Clask integrates with Google Calendar and Google Tasks. By connecting your Google account:

• You authorize Clask to access your calendar and task data
• You agree to Google's Terms of Service
• You can disconnect your Google account at any time through the Clask dashboard

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Clask for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Use automated systems to access the service without permission
• Impersonate another person or entity

7. Intellectual Property

Clask and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Clask and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Clask is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clask shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, missed appointments, or other intangible losses.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of Clask after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may also terminate your account at any time by texting STOP or contacting us.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
